ICS has many technical support options that match the needs of you and your practice when you need them most!
National Medical Imaging, LLC, does not offshore its technical help. We man our tech support center 24 hours a day seven days per week. User help will be addressed immediately. Systems and software support will be addressed through (remote support) internet connection when possible. All other support will be provided by National Medical Imaging personnel or through certified and accepted subcontractors.
National Medical Imaging has an advanced call in center, online ticketing system and live chat available for its customers.

National Medical Imaging does not provide any proprietary hardware for the ICS system. It supports industry leaders and recommends the purchase of standard business hardware (PC’s, monitors, tablets, handhelds and when required Buffalos, NAS and Servers). National Medical Imaging, LLC, will purchase and install office computing and storage equipment for customers and maintain them at the customer’s request.
