EMR/PM/PACS

ICS has two primary components: EHR and PACS. ICS is an Integrated Practice Management and Billing system with a full featured PACS. The PACS pulls from the integrated practice management system, offering even more features to keep your practice organized and moving forward.

ICS allows your practice to provide the support you, your patients and your referring colleagues expect from a hospital or big imaging center with no bloat and learning to use the system is easy when compared to other systems. ICS handles everything DICOM and can convert film, voice, or paper to digital. Easy Query/Retrieve to Interpretation, Reporting and Sign Off to Billing and Insurance. ICS also has Web Based Data Access for Referrers and is General Purpose Work List Capable.

ICS is designed around new standards that have emerged to better exchange data; it is scalable to the modalities and standards of tomorrow. In addition, ICS is modular. So, an existing scheduling or billing system that your staff is used to can be integrated into ICS. This allows you to integrate ICS into your practice without having to get rid of some of the systems that you already know and love.

You will always own your data with ICS. Multiple copies will exist not only in your offices but off site so there is no fear of loss. Recovery processes and systems are in place so a lost internet connection, flood or power outage will not interfere with your practice – at least from a data activation perspective. In addition, the data is stored in easily transferable format so if you ever wish to change vendors, or sell your practice it will be usable.

Automated prescription writing and lab ordering. Send and receive reports electronically. After these reports are received they can be placed into the digital system where they can always be found and accessed with ease.
